Hi Everyone!
I have always valued the importance of health, well-being and nutrition, and in 2014 I started my Functional Fitness journey.
I have over five years of FT/PT coaching experience and am currently a CF-OL1 Trainer and an L1 British Weightlifting coach. Alongside side, I am also training towards my 3rd Dan in Shotokan Karate with the Bristol Karate Academy, having just finished studying music and gaining a first honours degree!
I am now embarking on a master’s degree in composing for film and television as, obviously, my degree wasn’t punishment enough!
I am also the coach to approach for any vegan dietary tips so come and say hello!



Love this gym! I joined a year ago and I have never gone to the gym more consistently before. The coaches are all super knowledgeable and friendly. They have created this beautiful atmosphere of community and support! It’s fun and satisfying to learn new skills and see myself getting better over time. I highly recommend Valesco!

Having joined Valesco Brislington in the summer, I can safely say this is my favourite gym to date! I have been a member of other functional fitness gyms previously but this one is so welcoming to everyone of all abilities and all of the coaches are lovely! Having felt like I hit a brick wall on my gym training, this was just the refresh and motivation I needed! If you’re thinking of joining then I highly recommend!

I used to get really anxious about going to the gym and especially about lifting weights, but now I can’t wait to go and work out at Valesco Fitness Collective. The coaches are super supportive and the community is so lovely - everyone just wants the best for each other! No matter what level of fitness or ability you have, you are guided through all movements and workouts, so that you can give everything a go at your own pace! I’m now lifting weights I never thought I would lift, trying new skills on a weekly basis and can really see the progress after only a few months. The best community - I love it!
