Love this gym! I joined a year ago and I have never gone to the gym more consistently before. The coaches are all super knowledgeable and friendly. They have created this beautiful atmosphere of community and support! It’s fun and satisfying to learn new skills and see myself getting better over time. I highly recommend Valesco!

The original home of Valesco opened in 2015 and where the whole Valesco Journey started.

Having moved units (due to demolition of the original site) in September 2024 the new gym is looking super smart and had a much welcomed renovation.

Even with this shiny new space our values remain the same, to provide a safe, supportive environment for anyone to fall in love with fitness. To show how strength and conditioning training is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and make it accessible to anyone.

Being based just off the cycle tracking to Bristol Temple Meads, this is a super popular option for those commuting to or from work in the city as well as servicing so many of the local community. We have two showers, an off road car park and secure cycle parking. 

We also offer all the Valesco classes known and loved by members such as Functional Fitness (FFC), Metcon Mayhem, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, ERGWOD, Sunday Sweat, Yoga and our lunchtime class 'Slick & Quick' and all the same programming just done in a 45 minute lunch break.

We are open 7 days per week and have Open Gym available whenever we are open, including when classes are running. Please check out our class timetable for full details.

I have been a member of other functional fitness gyms previously but this one is so welcoming to everyone of all abilities and all of the coaches are lovely!   • I used to get really anxious about going to the gym and especially about lifting weights, but now I can’t wait to go and work out at Valesco Fitness Collective. The coaches are super supportive and the community is so lovely - everyone just wants the best for each other! No matter what level of fitness or ability you have, you are guided through all movements and workouts, so that you can give everything a go at your own pace! I’m now lifting weights I never thought I would lift, trying new skills on a weekly basis and can really see the progress after only a few months. The best community - I love it!
