I used to get really anxious about going to the gym and especially about lifting weights, but now I can’t wait to go and work out at Valesco Fitness Collective. The coaches are super supportive and the community is so lovely - everyone just wants the best for each other! No matter what level of fitness or ability you have, you are guided through all movements and workouts, so that you can give everything a go at your own pace! I’m now lifting weights I never thought I would lift, trying new skills on a weekly basis and can really see the progress after only a few months. The best community - I love it!

Valesco St Werburghs was the second addition to the Valesco family. It's really developed a whole community of its own since opening in October 2022. 

At the St Werburghs community our values remained the same; to provide a safe, supportive environment for anyone to fall in love with fitness; to show how strength and conditioning training are an essential part of a healthy lifestyle and make it accessible to anyone.

We offer all the Valesco classes known and loved by members such as Functional Fitness (FFC), Metcon Mayhem, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, ERGWOD, Sunday Sweat, Yoga and our shorter lunchtime class Slick & Quick.

Please check out our class timetable for full details of everything we offer. 

We are open 7 days a week, have showers, changing facilities, and off road car park and secure parking for bikes.

  • Having joined Valesco Brislington in the summer, I can safely say this is my favourite gym to date! I have been a member of other functional fitness gyms previously but this one is so welcoming to everyone of all abilities and all of the coaches are lovely!
