Having joined Valesco Brislington in the summer, I can safely say this is my favourite gym to date! I have been a member of other functional fitness gyms previously but this one is so welcoming to everyone of all abilities and all of the coaches are lovely! Having felt like I hit a brick wall on my gym training, this was just the refresh and motivation I needed! If you’re thinking of joining then I highly recommend!

We opened our site and biggest site, Valesco Brislington, in May 2024 and have been developing a fun and supportive fitness community there ever since. 

Valesco Brislington was fully kitted out by our friends at UKSF with not one, but two competition standard rigs, with one solely for the use of Open Gym. Valesco Brislington has a sled track, free runner and more ergs than you can shake a stick at.

Even with this shiny new super impressive space our values remain the same; to provide a safe, supportive environment for anyone to fall in love with fitness; to show how strength and conditioning training are a essential part of a healthy lifestyle and make it accessible to anyone.

We offer all the Valesco classes known and loved by members such as Functional Fitness (FFC), Metcon Mayhem, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, ERGWOD, Sunday Sweat and our shorter lunchtime class Slick & Quick.

Valesco Brislington is officially affiliated to HYROX with HYROX classes throughout the timetable weekly. If you want to work hard and really get your sweat on, these classes are for you. 

With our first class at 6am and our last at 7.45pm you will always be able to find a class to fit your schedule. We have a fully bookable Open Gym space at all times we are open, even when classes are running.

Valesco Brislington is Open 7 days per week with off road car and secure cycle parking, as well as showers and changing facilities on site.
