
Hey I'm Drew! Originally from Plymouth, I quickly found Valesco after moving to Bristol in Summer 2019 and immediately fell in love with their training style. Previously training as a long distance runner and in commercial gyms with generic bro splits, it’s safe to say it was a shock to the system for sure, but I loved it!
For me, the psychological benefits of community, training and learning skills are the best things they have to offer, in essence, it has built me the mindset to navigate life with greater clarity.
I have been working as a personal trainer and yoga teacher since 2020, and I do offer yoga sessions at our St Philips and St Werburghs sites alongside coaching classes, so if you’re keen, I’d love to see you there!
Outside of training, I enjoy getting out in nature (especially by the sea), consuming coffee and cake as I have a massive sweet tooth and my favourite thing to do is going to bed at 8pm.
