
Our legends classes are designed SPECIFICALLY for people over 60 who don't currently go to the gym but who are willing to invest in their long term health and quality of life. The classes will be 45 to 60 of moving - working on balance, mobility, core strength, basic functional movements and building a solid foundation of strength. We will so this using your own bodies and some of the equipment we have in the gym.
Why should you try it? You literally have nothing to lose! and potentially a lot to gain...
* Be able to keep up with the grandkids/ walk the dog/ do the gardening /enjoy day to day life more
* Be able to do tomorrow, and the next day and the next day what you can do today
* Stop worrying about falling over and not being able to get back up again
* Make some friends - we'll put the kettle on and even supply the biscuits after your session
