It’s for beginners and there is nothing wrong with being a beginner. We all started somewhere!

The purpose of our 'introduction course' is to introduce anyone new to Functional Fitness, to the fundamental skills and movements that form the basis of our classes, explain our training methodology and give you guidance on how you can get the most out of your membership and your training.

Our introduction courses take place weekly across all three sites so if you’re keen to get started please contact us or drop by during our opening hours.
