Focusing purely on the Olympic lifts our Weightlifting classes help athletes hone their skills, build confidence and increase their knowledge base. The programming runs in 8 week blocks and each block looks at 1 lift allowing the time and focus necessary to work on technique, drills, positioning, form and mobility. These classes are suitable for all levels and are open to members and experienced non-members.
