Let us start by telling you that if you give Functional Fitness a go you will not be disappointed! Whether you are looking to get fitter or stronger, find a sport to compete in or just have fun learning something new, we promise to deliver all that and more!
The purpose of our Intro course is to introduce anyone new to Functional Fitness to the fundamental skills and movements that form the basis of our classes, explain our training methodology and give you guidance on how you can get the most out of us and your training. It is also a great opportunity for you to meet some new people who may well become your workout buddies and it’s a chance for you to get to know us too. We are big on community – we’re all friends who train together and we love it!
Our Intro courses take place at varying times throughout each month and if you’re keen to get started before the next available course we will do our best to run one at a time that suits you.
Memberships provide access to the gym and our classes as well as other benefits including free and subsidised courses, discounts with other local businesses, Nutrition advice, Programming, Goal setting & reviewing & Personal training, as well as help and support in Open Gym if you want to work an a particular strength or skill. Some of these membership benefits are at an additional cost which we would be happy to talk to you about.
