Functional Fitness (WoD)
At the heart of what we do are our Functional fitness classes – suitable for everyone! These classes run between 4 and 8 times a day and are based on Constantly Varied (so always fun and challenging) Functional Movements (so your hard work in the gym improves your life outside of the gym) performed at Relative High Intensity (so you can work as hard as YOU can). The work each day is different which has benefits in preventing the body getting used to specific movements which means better results, and it keeps our training interesting. Every workout can be scaled to suit individuals needs and abilities which means all you need to do is show up and workout.
