I heard about Valesco Fitness via Instagram.
I was not sure about trying as going to a Crossfit box seemed to be a bit overwhelming.
It was the best decision I could ever had as I enjoy it so much.
The team is very supportive, the community they built in their centres is very friendly and inclusive as you feel part of it since your first day.
I highly recommend to give a try to Valesco as they will really support and encourage you to achieve your goals.

V1: St Philip’s
The original home of Valesco opened in 2015, it is where the whole Valesco journey started.
In September 2024 we moved units due to demolition of the orginal site. The new gym is looking super smart after a much welcomed renovation.
In our shiney new space our values remain the same; to provide a safe, supportive environment for anyone to fall in love with fitness; to show how strength and conditioning training are essential parts of a healthy lifestyle and to make it accessible to anyone.
We are based just off the cycle track to Bristol Temple Meads, making this a super popular option for those commuting to or from work in the city and for many living in the local community. We have two showers, an off road car park and secure cycle parking.
We offer all the Valesco classes known and loved by members, such as Functional Fitness (FFC), Metcon Mayhem, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, ERGWOD, Sunday Sweat, Yoga and our shorter lunchtime class Slick & Quick.
We are open 7 days a week and have Open Gym available during opening hours, including whilst classes are running. Please check out our class timetable for full details.
