Meet The Team

Leanne Yardley Yoga Teacher
Hi team, I’m Leanne.
I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher with a wealth of experience training clients and guiding students of differing ages, backgrounds and abilities.
My background in sport includes netball, volleyball, touch rugby, surf lifesaving and a touch of Functional Fitness. My philosophy is ‘healthy body, healthy mind’, and having fun in the process
I have been in the fitness industry for almost a decade where I have focused on working with people to manage their weight, gain muscle, find confidence and create a better holistic environment for themselves.
I started started practicing yoga around 2 years ago and fell in love with the practice. I noticed the difference in the way my body felt when I moved…my posture improved, I became stronger, more mobile and more focused. The pranayama (breath work practice) helped me to control my movements no matter what style of training I was doing and I learned how to breathe through ‘the burn’. Yoga inspires totally conscious movement aligning your body, mind and spirit.
I am a qualified yoga teacher having completed 200 hours of teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and I feel huge joy sharing this knowledge and guiding students through classes to help them to feel stronger, more mobile, empowered and their best selves.
