🚀 V3 official launch on Saturday 25th and you’re ALL invited!! 🚀

We’ll be open from 0900-1200 with the chance for you to have a look around, take part in a workout and enjoy FREE breakfast rolls, tea, coffee and cake! Please come and join us in celebrating the next chapter for the Valesco Fitness Collective! 🎉

ANYONE is welcome so whether you know us or not, if you’re coming on your own or with a group, if you or friends or family members are thinking about joining us come along and check us out! We’d love to see you!

The WOD will take place at 10am so if you want to get involved please turn up a few minutes before! It will be a fully coached session, accessible to beginners but all (as always) challenging for all levels AND you get to be the FIRST to play with the BRAND NEW kit from @uksupremefitness !
