We are three gay women who founded Valesco Fitness Collective with one goal in mind; to build an inclusive, healthy, fitness loving community. We are really proud of the community we have at Valesco, and all of the amazing people we are lucky enough to have in it.

We are a safe space for everyone to feel comfortable in themselves, without question or judgement.

We have a zero tolerance policy for discrimination of any nature, and support a challenge culture against prejudiced comments or behaviours.
Respect
We respect everyone’s choice to be who they are, and will treat all personal details with the discretion it deserves. We appreciate the privacy with which people may choose to live and will always operate with complete respect for these preferences.
ender-neutral facilities
We also have gender-neutral toilets, showers and changing facilities. As long as it’s exercise appropriate, you can wear whatever floats your boat!
We love what we do and pride ourselves on the culture we have built - making sure EVERYONE feels welcome, seen and valued is our number one priority.
